We contracted with Aya Homes, LLC to remodel our kitchen. They were excellent during the planning phase to guide us with cabinet and appliance selections. Shawn and his team were outstanding during the remodel phase. We were always notified of the progress and next steps. They finished the job on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project that you may have. Www.Ayahomes.com
Shawn and the team at AYA Homes did a great job on a complete replaced brick staircase for our home. It required permitting from the city and a complete demolition and replacement of the structure under the stairs and a brick staircase. UPDATE August 2026: We hired AYA Homes for a full backyard renovation, including a paver walkway with curved retaining walls, a cedar pergola with a retractable shade canopy, and a stone-clad outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, sink, and countertop seating. We came in with a basic plan and Shawn helped us add details that we liked. Everything is high quality, well designed, and looks great. Shawn is very communicative and keeps us in the loop. --------- We recently hired Shawn for our home renovation project and were very... read more
Shawn did a nice job with three significant projects for us (turning a garage into a multipurpose room and remodeling two bathrooms). He and his team were responsive, high integrity and professional. Workmanship was good, and we appreciated their flexibility as changes or additional needs arose. Would definitely work with Shawn and his team again.
Shawn does a great job, and handled the whole project end to end. Highly recommend going with AYA on your next remodel.
