Shawn did a nice job with three significant projects for us (turning a garage into a multipurpose room and remodeling two bathrooms). He and his team were responsive, high integrity and professional. Workmanship was good, and we appreciated their flexibility as changes or additional needs arose. Would definitely work with Shawn and his team again.

Shawn is a great contractor - he is super knowledgeable and will do what’s best for your home. He made good suggestions around how to lay our kitchen out, what adds cost and what’s useful. His team was super efficient - they were in and out in 2months which we didn’t expect considering the complexity of the work.

We discovered we had a leaky drain pipe during the last heavy rain. Armando climbed up to the roof and in addition to a 26 year old pipe that was rusted through found some very full gutters. The gutters were newly exposed because our neighbors are doing a remodel and in the middle of taking down part of their house. Armando was back in a few days and took care of all the issues quickly.

We hired Shawn from AYA Homes to do structural repair work to the foundation and exterior walls in the garage. Shawn guided through the overall process of hiring an engineer and helped secure permits from the city. Once the work started, the work practically wrapped up in no time, with only bottlenecks being multiple inspections, which Shawn scheduled and handled very professionally. The quality of the work was great, and we are very happy with the outcome of the repair project.
