Aya is one of the best travel agencies. But I have to speak on something that is happening with travel certified Nursing Assistant. It's a woman on tic tok that goes by the name prettyb-bbwdoll that's giving information on strike contracts and other information pertaining to aya. Some of the people who are being assigned to strike assignments are not fit and are not professional when working local or state to state and the good certified Nursing Assistants nurses are being mix in. Company NEVER responds back. Made an account on 4/27/25 and have applied to multiple non-clinical positions. I call and email frequently to see the status of my application/profile because it’s complete and have been “transferred” over to a recruiter line that always goes to voicemail and has not once reached back out to me within the past 4 months.
I began travel nursing about a year ago, I as approached by different companies, however when I spoke to Shaye Galli I just knew she was the right fit! She walked me through each step and always was there when I needed help. Aya is a great agency and Shaye Galli is an exemplary Recuriter who always has your back!!! Very happy with my decision to travel!
