We hired AY Development for a home remodel project in November 2023. This was a rehab for the main house and a remodel of a loft that we turned into a 2 bedroom unit. Project completion was estimated to be 1 month. It is now January 2026 and we are still unable to pass inspection for the back unit. The owner initially gave me a pencil drawing of the plans for the back house and I had to have my own plumbing, electrical and framing plans drawn based on that (photos attached). Yehuda and his team were awesome to work with. I redid my kitchen counter tops which are outstanding. They did such a great job, very professional!
