If I could give Axxis LLC 100 stars, I would. I have worked in a service department before. I have seen the games. I have seen the pressure tactics. I have had great experiences at Axxis. I bought an e46 BMW (325i from 2002) and brought it to Axxis for evaluation. Unfortunately, it required extensive repairs (oil leaks, coolant leaks, power steering leaks) and some maintenance items. Alex and crew did a fabulous job getting the car done. They even sent me pictures of my engine internals. The process was transparent, with Jenna sending me updated estimates as needed and giving me the opportunity to approve or reject the line items. I cannot say enough good. Our Pre-Purchase Inspection through Axxis was worth every penny: Professional, thorough, knowledgable, detailed while making everything clear for us to understand.
