I just purchased my vehicle from here, and the AC went out , before searching for quotes to get it fixed. I called them I took my car over, they had a look at it not only to fix it but with care and concern. And hour and change later I was riding in the cool. thank you for the concern, compassion for treating your customers as people not numbers.
If I could give Axxis LLC 100 stars, I would. I have worked in a service department before. I have seen the games. I have seen the pressure tactics. I have seen how easy it is for customers to get taken advantage of. So when I say Axxis is different, I mean that with my whole chest. Axxis is the VERY BEST! My whole family uses them for any of our car service needs. They are so kind, helpful, and fast. I cannot recommend them enough!
I have had great experiences at Axxis. I bought an e46 BMW (325i from 2002) and brought it to Axxis for evaluation. Unfortunately, it required extensive repairs (oil leaks, coolant leaks, power steering leaks) and some maintenance items. Alex and crew did a fabulous job getting the car done. They even sent me pictures of my engine internals. The process was transparent, with Jenna sending me updated estimates as needed and giving me the opportunity to approve or reject the line items.
