Axxis jumped on servicing my WiFi outage today! I requested service at 8am and they contacted me promptly and fixed my problem by 9am. Not kidding. Great staff, great service, and the knowledge and experience to make it EASY for customers. A+ Now I can enjoy the dog and snow flurries.
A few years ago we had a system installed by the “other shop” in town. I was on an international trip and when I returned the system did not work. They wanted a service fee to come out and diagnose their shoddy workmanship. I contacted Axxis, and they happened to be in our neighborhood that day. They showed up, and apparently our system was never set up - just installed. Dan got on it, explained everything, and is truly a master at his craft. IF YOU HAVE AN INTERLOCK; GO HERE! These guys are skilled, knowledgeable, and all around phenomenal human beings. You will be treated with professionalism and genuine kindness. They do Smart Start and Intoxalock now so don't bother with anyone else. I had an outstanding experience with AXXIS Auto Audio in Durango and wanted to specifically thank Aaron for the incredible service. My daughter accidentally stepped on the RCA jack connected to my amp in the backseat and it snapped off inside the amp. I called the shop and Aaron was kind enough to get me scheduled quickly so they could take a look at it.
