If you choose to move into one of these buildings, I recommend renting an apartment on the fourth floor. Please be prepared for potential noise from children running, stomping, and making noise in the units above. I am considering breaking my lease and paying the associated fees to avoid disturbances from my upstairs neighbours, as it seems there are no noise restrictions in this building. The management's primary concern appears to be the timely payment of rent.
They want to take your deposit before getting approved. Sounds fine until they decide to decline your application and then, at their own convenience, mail you your deposit back. god knows when that is coming in. I need it by this friday for this other place I found and got approved at. This company has caused nothing but stress for me and will do nothing to help. Don’t gamble your deposit away with these people.
I am a new tenant, and I hate the management. We have no manager to answer any questions or concerns! The main number is only for emergency which put you on hold for hours . I am so frustrated! Very very poor management! Disappointed
