The professionalism at this tax and bookkeeping service was lacking. While Nancy was somewhat helpful in solving my problems, the overall atmosphere felt disorganized. Her co-worker, Jesse, used inappropriate and snarky language in a business setting and was dismissive of customers, which I found completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable and respectful assistance.

Nancy is sloppy, messy and unprofessional. My taxes were NEVER on time and she fielded my calls-for weeks. When she did get back to me with an appt to go in and "go over my taxes", the appt always left me waiting 45 minutes beyone my appt time, then I was subject to various moans, groans, rants and non tax related bs for another hour. The last time she did my taxes she fked up so much I ended up with an audit and a tax bill I had to rectify with an actual CPA.
