saw this place and wanted to leave my experience for others .went to buy a toyota a couple years back , it had problems with the motor which they agreed to cover as to not discount the vehicle . i agreed. they proceeded to get ticket after ticket which all came to my address claiming it was testing new engines, they refused to ever tell me where the car i payed for was other than "in storage" or at the "shop" and after nearly killing me with a loaner that they knew was missing bolts, their only response was "sorry' and no re... read more
Wouldn't Recommend, sounded like I interrupted a 420 Smoke Session. Unprofessional & Clownish. Called about a Mini Cooper advertised, after the 4th to 5th huh what, I had to ask is this Axum Autos he said yeah and they don't have any cars. Thanks for saving me the time
Do not purchase a vehicle from this company! I needed a car as a temporary measure so I paid $10,400 for a Ford Escape on 11/24/23. My expectations were low, and even then I am deeply disappointed. They still have not completed the paperwork for transfer of the vehicle to me so I cannot complete the registration. Unfortunately my only recourse is the slow administrative process of lawsuit. Do not trust them regarding anything.
I bought my truck in December and still haven't received my plates are my pink slip and they won't answer my calls and handle anything don't shop here
