I've been staying here throughout the Legislative session, because that's off season for the symphony. Very happy. It is a furnished apartment with the amenities you would like. The maintenance, which makes or breaks a place, really care. They are quick to fix anything. It is walking distance from Trader Joe's and I recommend this place for a fully furnished, short term lease. Give them a try :-)
