I had a corneal abrasion that was painful and the pain was not improving after 24 hours. He fit me in within 45 minutes of my call before closing for the day. He examined my eye and explained the injury and the treatment. Both he and his office staff were excellent. I work in the ER at NMC and he is always willing to give advice on what to do for eye injuries for our patients even when not on call and will often meet the patient at his office after hours if necessary when he can saving them a trip to Wichita.
The first time I went to this clinic, the Dr. licked his fingers to get a piece of paper and then touched my eye. I tried to overlook it but when I went to try on glasses, there was makeup from a previous patient on them. The clinic does not seem to value cleanliness. I went somewhere else to get glasses and the prescription wasn’t correct. It was actually lower than my current prescription (which doesn’t make sense). The receptionist Rocio Payan was very polite and respectful and extremely professional!! I highly recommend this place if you need someone to tend to your needs 🫶🏼
Great Dr will be going back to them..got me in short notice.
