This company used to provide excellent service, but due to recent changes in leadership and support, as well as the poor performance of new machines, nothing seems to work anymore. The inadequate service and response led me to switch to imagine USA.
Awesome mill and software. The versamill is a beast! Been milling hard pmma/denture materials on it for about 18 months and have had little issues. Technical gets back to me within minutes/hours if there has been any problems. I keep pushing the limits for what the mill/software can do and it keeps surprising me.
