Dr Axson has been my doctor since 1991 he and his staff has been real nice and caring unfortunately he is retiring September 30,2020 he will be missed as my eye doctor he's more than a doctor we consider him a friend.God be with him through out his life and enjoy his retirement with family gonna miss also his magazines of his motorcycle racing days.
Called to make an appointment and was able to see Dr. Axson in a very timely manner. He did a very thorough exam and diagnosis of my problem. Provided great information and directions. Highly recommended!
My first meeting with Dr Axson was after getting something in my eye and seeing him at Oconee Hospital ER. Nice guy, very laid back, yet very, very good at his work. I have to admit that I go to one of those "2 pair of glasses with free eye exam" for my glasses and regular exams.. but when I think it is something serious, Dr Axson is the guy.
