Very unprofessional. I have worked with many plumbers on numerous jobs and never been taken advantage of like Todd F***** did. He even tried to dig in my front yard without having a locate there to mark the utilities. If he would of hit something it would have been my fault. He also tried to force work to be done that I specifically asked not to be. And when I questioned him he cursed at me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. This letter is in response to the letter written from Chris ******* We have been in business for 60 yrs, and I am the 3rd owner. We were contacted by the renter (Jake) and we told him that we would have to speak to the owner before we could do anything. We spoke to the owner and got his approval. At that point on 12/22/16, we called the locates in on the property, He (the owner) had been trying to get the sewer line open, but was unsuccessful at it.
