I have been battling for two weeks about a deposit I was required to pay. I’ve been told axon doesn’t require deposits but when I began service I paid a deposit. WHERES MY MONEY. And they won’t respond to my emails
How do you pay a bill that never comes?! Sign up for e-bill? Sure...just use the account number from the bill..the one that never comes. Call customer service and ask, you say? You can try but nobody actually answers after the 20 min hold. *pulls out hair EDIT to original one star review. Axon updated their systems and we were able to sign up for auto pay. No more issues and we continue with our low energy bills! : )
