Kaive Wong was completely unprofessional and non-responsive in dealing with an issue with a unit he was renting out. All communication went through his assistant despite multiple requests to speak with him to deal with a bed bug issue in the unit he was renting. Professional cleaning was to be provided for the unit also and it was not fully completed. I would seek property rentals with another company.
Extremely annoyed, I would not recommend this company for renters or landlords. As a renter in a extremely nice area I have not had a dish washer working since the first week of January 2022 and it looks like as of now it could be November 29th 2022. I would say this company doesn’t care about the renters and they only care about collecting money and nothing else.
Met Kaive on an elevator a few years ago after visiting a condo. At the time, my wife and I were struggling to find the perfect home. He politely asked if he could help us and boy did he help! His knowledge and experience in real estate is second to none. Not only did he found our home but helped us with many more real estate transactions afterwards. He has a solid team behind him as well so the experience is always efficient.
