If you have done business with them you may be eligible for a full refund on your purchase. I have come to find out some of their sales people that were selling cars were not licensed by the state of Ohio. Which means you should be entitled to a refund for every penny you have given them. Even if it's 2 years or 5 years ago simply check the paperwork that you signed and your dealer representative signed. Terrible experience. Would rate 0. Bought a car for 3k down, not even 3 weeks later it broke down. Had the car for a year, put 1.2k into it w multiple parts. They are so unprofessional, lack empathy, and sell actual shit cars. I’ve never experienced what I went through with Ardi, with any other buy here pay here. They should be ashamed to have such large down payment, high biweekly, to have no support whatsoever to their customers.
