RecommendedI’ll put it this way if you take your car to NTB or Walmart you would like to get thieved very dishonest. Axel Will And Frame are very honest and do great work would recommend them to anybody
I was told over the phone that they gave free estimates. I dropped my car off for an estimate to change brake pads. It was going to be almost $300 with parts and labor. Just for the brake pads and labor. No rotors, or anything extra, just pads. I told them I would just come pick it up and have my husband do it himself. 45 minutes later, I arrive to pick it up, and it was still up in the air with all of the tires off. Then, I was charged $24 for a brake inspection. Which I didn't ask for.

Left really disappointed. When someone tells me something is broken, but can't explain how it is broken, I tend to walk away. Like playing chess with pigeons. Even if you win, they just poop the board and strut around like they won anyways. Never again.
