Parker and Colton were amazing to work with. Simplest and fastest car buying experience. Would definitely recommend.
Drove the Chrysler town and country on a long trip and it ran fine. Vehicle was taken in for check engine light. Needs new cam shafts, rockers, lifters on right side. Ok. They charged $1,000 to figure that out. Didn't want to pay the $7,000 to fix it. They put it back together and now it doesn't even run right. It ran perfectly fine when it was taken in.
Just purchased a GMC Terrain AT4 from Colton and had a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond to work with us and helped get me into a vehicle I absolutely love. He was honest and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right fit. He actually changed my perception of the typical car buying experience. We will be going to Colton for our next vehicle as long as he’s still there!
Worst service. 1. Misdiagnosed. 2. Drove it home and broke down a few miles from shop. 3. Took it on 3 times total and at the end they left parts off, just in the back seat for me too figure out where they went. Then they called to leave it and they'd sell me a new one. Not going back. Wish I had just gone to an honest mechanic in the first place
We had a really great awesome experience today and every time we go in there especially from the service advisor Stephanie she's always so helpful smart and professional I highly recommend this place of business
