This is the worst place for servicing your car. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They could literally care less whether they inconvenience your day or not. I purchased my Jeep here under warranty, and within 5 minutes of driving my new vehicle off the lot, we had to bring it back. The entire 4X4 axel needed to be replaced.
