Purchased a back-up key for my van at a rediculous $255. Three months later, I needed it. Key didn't work and left me stranded. Returned to Axius...".I'm sorry sir, you need to have your key programed. I believe our service department can do that for $98!!!!!!!!!!!" Had I known that the key would cost me $350 total, I never would have purchased it. I also would not have relied on a key that didn't work and as a result caused me a lot of inconvenience. Incompetent staff and a rip off.
I went in knowing what I wanted so not much work needed from the sales team. Colton Green was very friendly and energetic and got me in and out in roughly an hour. Overall best dealership experience I've ever had. I even got a better trade in value than expected. Thank you Colton l will enjoy this ride as long as I can.
