We purchased a Solar system with a SolarEdge inverter in 2017 and 3 Tesla Batteries. Soon afterwards, we received a letter from Axium that they were no longer servicing residential clients, and referred us to another company. They made it seem like that company would be handing all of our service needs. Well, that company is not able to provide any help for us now that we have a problem with our inverter. Solar panel companies don't tell you the truth its a 20 year lease they put a lien against your house they prey on older sick adults that don't understand what they are signing, my father signed up he has a 1000 square foot house in a bad part of town the talked him into 36 panels they also put panels on his 1 car garage that had no power, he signed the contract nov. Of 2018, they were installed may 2019 still not working in May he died in July 2019, now I can't sell the house because they want more for the panels than what ... read more
Axium installed my 37 panel system and did a great job. They faithfully honored the warranties on the system and especially the micro inverters which had problems after several years, at least in the batch/model that I had. Axium often went the extra mile to solve any issue that arose even after the labor portion of the warranty expired. I highly recommend this company.
Had some speculations if going solar was worth it. I live in a co-op monopoly charging 12-13 cents per KWH. I contacted Tyfanie at Axium Solar. She explained every detail from start to finish. She even responded to questions I had at 2 a.m. in the morning! She definitely went above and beyond, working around my crazy work schedule! She NEVER acted like we were a bother.
