COMPLETE mismanagement of Walton village condos. They hand out parking passes like candy. So now when I bring my baby home in a few months I will have to park in a neighboring parking lot because they allow renters/owners to park their four or more commercial vehicles in residential parking lots. Every night there are three to four residential cars parked over yellow lines in front of walk ways and around corners just making up their own parking spots because of these people. Whenever I call Axis West to report an issue, they get very irritated with me. I don’t have anything positive to say about this company. Poor customer service and extreme lack of concern for the tenants of the HOA. Complete disappointment. Would not recommend!
I received an answer to my question about service animals right away. Also want to mention that the property is well cared for!
Terrible. Non responsive. Numerous things have led me to leave this review. There’s options in this town and this isn’t one of them.
