Would put 0 rating, however; App does not allow! Tried to rent a 15 x 20unitt. It was an absolutely horrible, horrible experience this weekend! Tried and failed with 4 or 5 rusted out Units. Lost all of Saturday morning and part of the afternoon after phoning 1 800 Customer service # 5 or 6 times ( no on-site employees at weekend.) Storage Sense is NOT a local company, it is a franchise! I'm always afraid I'm going to get a flat tire every time I come here. The Waynesboro's location parking lot is constantly full of broken glass, metal bits, and trash. The new office employee that drives the white VW SUV would be more useful with a broom and dustpan on the lot than to patrol the property 25 times an hour in his vehicle.
They have a to take alil bit more care of the units
Online convenience getting the unit was great!
