I rented a unit online and was given the number A04, someone had already put their belongings in there so when I called about it, they immediately gave me another unit. Everything was done very quickly!
Very fast and easy to rent online. Needs more instruction for codes and where you will find them on your initial visit
Great customer service, they are EXTREMELY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS each and EVERY TIME that I have called them with an issues or questions regarding my bill or rental units! The manager of the Waynesboro pa facility..(Ms Beth) is an AMAZING person who is down to earth, compassionate and an Absolute professional!!
So far I only been there for about 3 months and everything is good.
They have a to take alil bit more care of the units
