So easy to set up online. In less then 15 minutes I had a storage unit. Had my code and lock number less then half hour. Great experience.
Super easy to set up over the phone. All other places were closed, so this place saved me
Very unsatisfactory service. Unpleasant customer support, can’t ever get ahold of the “site manager”, charged for the month after we moved out- something they apologized for and haven’t refunded us for yet. Was told I would be given a lock, but they forgot to put it in the unit, so I with a full trailer had to go out and buy one. Zero stars should be an option.
I rented a unit online and was given the number A04, someone had already put their belongings in there so when I called about it, they immediately gave me another unit. Everything was done very quickly!
