It’s been a great experience
My experience with storage sense wasn’t the best, purchasing a unit was smooth and easy. But, when it came to getting a refund I went through a few hoops which were frustrating. Although I will say overall Alfonzo was the best person that I’ve spoke to and dealt with. He’s made the experience the easiest, he made sure I got my refund, he put in the actual effort to get me connected to the District Manager unlike the 2 or 3 other people I spoke with giving me the run around.
