TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I cant imagine how this company has managed to stay in business. Awful customer service and forget about talking with anyone ONE minute outside of their business hours even after their equipment FAILS on you TWICE! If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself time, money, headaches, frustration and all the other terrible things that come with this terrible company. Still Great Even After All These Years! We've worked with Danny and his team for many years and on many projects. We always get exactly what he promises and what we've come to expect from Axis Satellite. Great Design Help, Excellent Installation, and Great Customer Service (Even After The Sale). His team has done work in my personal home, my personal office and has worked for a couple of my own customers to help them with their own set ups in their offices, restaurants/bars and even a fitness club. No service outside their office hours. Axis Satellite provides the service for the community I live in. Twice now their equipment has failed on the weekend and they do NOT answer their phone outside of the office hours. They do NOT provide emergency repairs. You simply have to wait until they reopen on Monday and then they will schedule an appointment for you. If you were hoping to watch NFL ticket or a pay per view event during that outage.....sorry.

What a joke of a company!!! I had them come and do a survey for my restaurant to fix some issues with my audio. They told me my system was entirely shot and that I needed a whole new system and quoted me $3500.00. Luckily I decided to shop around. The next company that came out, found AND FIXED the problem within about 10 minutes, a wire cap had come off in the back of the amplifier and it was shorting out everything. Knowledgable friendly service We called Axis Satellite to get a new home theater set up. The team there was so helpful and they answered all my questions. They helped me to ge determine the type of TV and Audio System I wanted and they ordered, installed and trained me on the new system and a new URC Remote. What a great team. If you are looking for a provider of DIRECTV and a Home Theater System, Axis Satellite the only choice I would recommend.

Home Owner The worst experience ever. I was more knowledgeable than the Spanish tech they sent that spoke very little English. My Directv dish was installed at 60% signal strength and I had to call 1-800-Directv to get them to do a service call. Tech was dirty, rude and had his child with him. When I called the office to complain, Danny, the owner was loud, rude, and insultive. He told me install was free, the Directv promotion, so just deal with it. Stated if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay $250 for a custom install.... read more

Wow, what service! I moved last week into a new place and wanted to invite a few friends over for the Big Game, but my new home presented some problems with my home theater system. My wireless speakers had never worked correctly so I called Axis Satellite to come help me. Paul came out and hooked my new system up. Awesome Service! Awesome Picture! I called Axis Satellite after I called the 1-800 for DIRECTV. After placing getting through the DTV phone systems and placing my order, it couldn't be installed to my condo's requirements. they company that DTV sent to install were late and they wanted to charge me a bunch of money to complete the install. I kept it Local! I have heard the Axis Satellite commercials on 770 radio for years but we were happy with our cable provider until the digital change. When I called, I spoke with one of the ladies in the office and I asked why I should keep it local versus calling the 1-800 number for directv or dish network. She told me Axis has the same offers as the big names and they did. They delivered exactly what they offered awesome help, service, installation and help even after I had the service.
