My Customer Experience Specialist (nice title btw) Ammon Clanton was a delight to work with for many reasons. He is friendly, thorough and responded quickly to any questions I had. The communication with the office and emailing of all documents is also pretty great! The field guys checked in often and did the final inspection with me in person. The roofing repairs were done very well and they put in the extra effort to ensure the replaced tiles closely matched the original tiles.

Justin was FANTASTIC! The office reached out to set up the estimate and had him on my roof 2 days later. He was on time, efficient, super nice, and very helpful. This was my first time needing roof repair so I had no idea what to expect. Justin explained everything so well and was done quickly so I could go on with my day. A neighbor recommended Axis based on their experience, and I would absolutely recommend them as well.

We had some roof damage after some very strong winds, and I called setup an appointment to have things checked out. Setting up the appointment was easy, and when the representative Justin came the day of the appointment he was on time and very nice and explained everything. We will definitely be using them again for any roof issues in the future. Very professional and friendly.
