Everything told to us sounded great. Salesman was polite and friendly. Things did not start going sour until the work had begun. The foreman allowed a total stranger onto my roof and handed over a nail-gun for him to use. The stranger did not work for the company. I did not know who he was, nor did anyone on the crew.
