Axis was very easy to work with and kept me informed on everything. They did an excellent job of re-roofing my house and gave excellent warranties for a fair price and did it for the price quoted. Their team was very respectful of my property, my neighbor's property, and my time. I would definitely recommend them to others!
I had Axis Roof and Gutter help me on a very difficult project. Their in-office staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Their attention to detail on my roof and level of care exceeds just about all roofing contractors I have worked with in the past. The project was finished much quicker than I anticipated and everything looks fantastic. I would highly recommend using Axis to any of my friends or family.
NOT GOOD! i think the problem is summer. after their agent climbing up and checking my roof i never heard back from this crummy waste my time roofer with a plan or anything. my repeated attempts to further the process along have failed. e_mails not answered, telephone calls not being answered. big disappointment. there are equal or better and more responsible professional roofers that want my roof project. is it possible that recreational drugs are being used when on the job?

We provided a free estimate to this customer for a re-roof. He told our tech he believes he has a workmanship/material warranty on the product with original installers. He positioned our rep to continue to do more work and investigate his claim ( all free of course ) My office called him back to explain we have not received any answers, and he hung up on our tech. So after 2 years of not religiously cleaning our gutters annually due to poor service from prior companies, I decided to try Axis Roof and Gutters and boy are we glad we did. Just sorry we didn’t try them years ago. Steven came to clean our roof and gutters and did a phenomenal job. He was very thorough in not only clean the roof/gutters but also afterwards when clean up the siding, windows and deck that got messed up along the way.
