The personnel and management from the storage facility are wonderful they look out for renters and take care of everything as fast as they could and they work with you if you talk to them and let them know what's going on they are respectful and generous they will help you out as much as they could with what they can I rented different storage units from different companies never felt never felt comfortable like I did with this storage facility they would call or email you to let you know if they were going to be closed beca... read more
Extremely disappointing experience. The woman behind the counter was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She complained about having too many properties and said customers kept her from doing her work—which is her job. No customer should have to hear that. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. On top of that, they didn’t even have $7 and change to give me back, so I had to overpay, which just added to the frustration.
I'm happy with the management... great service!! great prices!! I encourage everyone to use this storage!!
The lady who attended me was so patient and kind. She showed me the units before declaring the right size and got me in and out so quickly. And they have the best prices in the area.
