Christian was absolutely amazing!!! Our AC unit broke in the middle of the the hottest week of the summer. Due to a mix up, only one unit was approved for our store. He happened to have extra units and was patient enough to stay and help us advocate for more units to properly cool our store down. He stayed longer then necessary, after our store hours as we tried to get everything sorted out with our corporate office, OneInsite and his company.
