Nico was excellent and professional
JD came out to help set up a few portable AC units at our restaurant while we were having repairs done on our RTUs that were taking longer than expected. JD was very knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. He made sure to speak with us before setting up so we had the most optimal results, and that we knew everything we needed to before leaving. The units are performing amazingly! Very grateful for the help from JD at Axis!
Daniel was very professional and efficient. Took the time to ask where we wanted the units located and explained what we needed to know. Did a great job!!!
