Took over an hour to get a polish change! I was here five minutes before they even opened ! I was second in line behind a group of four pedicures .. I counted 15 workers .. They put seven people in front of me. I received bare minimum service will not be coming here again. needless to say, I was the only colored person there…. I had to advocate for myself three different times to get service. I was overlooked. I was ignored repeatedly. Will take my money somewhere else for now on! Worst nail salon experience ever. The nail tech sliced my finger open with the file and just kept going filing and working on me as it bled. He didn’t seem to be concerned as blood ran down my finger. I asked if I could clean the blood off, he wiped it off and put alcohol on it! It swelled up and got infected within a few days and was super painful. Shortest pedicure I’ve ever had, no massage, no lotion just a quick rinse off and polish. I've been on the hunt for a place for a while, never really satisfied with anywhere I've been in Charlotte. Came up here to get my phone fixed and this salon happened to be next door. Decided to stop in to get my gel removed and I was very happy with how the atmosphere I side was. I'm assuming it was the owner who helped me, he was very nice.
