I’ve really enjoyed living here — the amenities are great, and management has always been responsive and kind. My only major concerns are the move-out process and some amenity issues. The fees can be high, and they kept reaching out repeatedly to have me re-sign the release, which became very annoying and unnecessarily frustrating. This place is more akin to an insane asylum than an apartment complex. When you go to the parking garage to get your car, watch out for lunatics speeding through the garage at extremely unsafe speeds. Believe it or not, this experience happens more often than not when I head to my car. When you get into the lobby of the B building, make sure to dodge the dog poo on the floor. They will nickel and dime you like crazy, absolutely shocked at how little they care about their renters! Anything to get an extra $1!! The manager Josh was super lame to work with and doesn’t make any sense with his reasoning. Calling me buddy and not being able to explain fees was insane. I got charged for what past renters did even with proof. If I could stand out front of this place to persuade people to not sign I would.
