I had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex. When I moved out, they charged me part of my deposit without giving any explanation. I followed their instructions and sent an email to ask for details, but they never responded. It feels like they just take your money without accountability. This place is an absolute nightmare. The management is completely dishonest and only cares about getting you to sign the lease. Once you do, you’re stuck—there’s no way out of the lease, no matter what happens. They’ll hide all the extra fees and surprise you with them later. It’s a total money grab. They also do random “checks” inside the units, usually during school breaks when they know people are out of town, just to find things they can charge you for.
