Very good rate, very good service, quick replies.
While the people at the main customer help number are great and very responsive, the Littlestown Storage Sense isnt great. If you want to rent space there, go look at it first and definitely go for a unit on the uphill side of one of the buildings. Our unit in the downhill side leaked. The internal roads aren’t in great shape either, and during our tenancy there didn’t seem to be an actual onsite manager.

I have a unit at the littlestoen location. A June 2025 I called and left a message for someone to contact me about an issue I have. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! It is now July and I have contacted them several times. I was told each time they would escalate my issue and have the manager call me. So far this month I have called them 6 times about the issue and keep getting told they will escalate the issue and have someone contact me.
