La Marie apartment building is the worst i have ever lived in. Common areas in the building were always filthy, this was blamed on the tenants despite there not being regular maintenance and cleaning for the building. Kathy and Edmund are two of the worst people i have ever had the displeasure of knowing. They are extremely selfish and will not due their duty in ensuring the apartment is liveable. Kathy is great, really helpful, if you have any trouble she is sure to sort out your concerns and quick about it to. Friendly and easy to deal with. Very accommodating. She is one of the friendliest people I have dealt with. She is very knowledgeable and great within the housing space. Friendly, kind and here to help That's Kathy.
We are grateful for the 2 years of our stay with Axis Housing as Kathy is quite accommodating and prompt in responding to our queries and request. Likewise, we had no issues during the end of lease process as everything went smoothly. I would recommend Axis Housing and would like to thank Kathy for her support during our stay.
