Not sure of the disconnect between the office and the staff. The staff seem to know their job and can do it well. Carlos who manages the office, doesn't seem to have the same command of his post. The staff is highly recommended, but I'm sorry if you need to contact the office. One last thing, the two 5 star ratings oddly both repeat a same phrase, "what captures me." Just a little strange
I have been using Axis for 3 months and I have had great care from everyone! My nurse is also very caring and professional and I would definitely recommend them for excellent home health care.
