I specifically called to get an IV treatment and the lady on the phone told me to come in that she could get me in that morning. When I arrived they told me since they don’t accept my insurance I would need to pay $89 out of pocket, so I go ahead and pay the $89. They take me back to a room and said I needed an exam first and after the exam they said I would need to do blood work in order to get an IV therapy treatment which would be an additional cost.
