I have been going here for 15 years because Dr, Chorley is here and he is a wonderful doctor who saved my life. In those 15 years everything else about the office has been a disaster. It is the worst medical practice I have ever had anything to do with. They lose faxes, forget to send referrals, don't update their portal (except to send bills), change personnel weekly it seems, and never respond to phone calls.
