Medical case managers through medical insurance plans. Helpful for people with complex medical needs, coordinating care, providers, finding specialists. Used to provide a lot of help. But with budget adjustments and staffing do not help quite as much once established. Does NOT service through all health plans in Metro area.
As it applies to me, they did not listen to my thoughts or concerns. They were not readily available to help. I found their services to be ineffective, The same objectives appeared on my care plan for years in a row due to the lack of process or working with me. Would never recommend this company.
