My dad has struggled with mental health fir a few years now. Within the last year I've reached out twice to have my time completely wasted to only be told there's nothing they can do unless he admits himself. Try to get a crazy person to be like, yeah I'm crazy, help me. Biggest waste of time and money. These people are not professionals. They pretend to be lawyers.
What a joke. I setup an appointment with a doctor to go over ALL of my medical issues. I ended up with some Nurse. All she could do was forward my info to various real doctors, which would be fine if she actually did that. They NEVER called me back, never mailed me the items they said they would and now refuse to reschedule me over the phone. WHAT A JOKE!
I asked if I could switch to my old therapist and they just blew me off. I've called multiple times and they won't get a hold of me. I don't care about my health anymore if they don't
Synthia is very rude, unhelpful, and impossible to work with.
Most terrible experience at this place won’t ever go back. What’s the point of having a ten minute late allowance if you guys won’t even abide by that
