There were no, hiccups n the employee on duty was able 2 get me set up quickly.
I rent a unit here went I went to get mine furnished and boxes I have a lot items stolen. Call and call no one returned mine calls. Very unfortunate situation that I will not be able to get mine items back
Excellent customer service, attention to detail and knowledgeable! Very professional. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and gave me immediate attention. I had a problem online and they helped to resolve it right away!
Don’t be misled by positive reviews. Don’t know how people could be positive about this place. No security due to no fence around entire facility. Noticed path through grass made by vehicles. Unit broken into & many valuable items stolen. Lock was cut & had to be really noisy. Nobody heard anything. Makes me wonder. Others had similar experiences as reported in newspaper. Many other options that are cleaner cheaper & more secure.
