First appt 6 months ago went well after I actually received an appt date/time. Follow up appt went well overall. I was supposed to have prescription sent to my pharmacist following this appt. Pharmacist never received the prescription so I followed up twice on Medeo as the clinic requests, but still no response. I looked up their email address which is on their website and emailed them. Believe the bad reviews! I saw a doctor here in 2024 and despite being told at my last appointment there that I could book an appointment if I have any further issues, I was told by their online messaging service that they treat every request from your family doctor as a new referral! Fast forward to spring of 2025, I was told by their online messaging service, that there is a 1-4 month wait to get an appointment which would have put me in by October 2025 at the latest! Terrible experience. Useless front desk. Unprofessional. Unwilling to do their work. Have no empathy. May they face the karma they deserve.
Inconsiderate, rude, unhelpful staff. Referral sent month’s ago from Mt Sinai emergency just received a call stating they need records and I am to provide get them, the hospital will not release it unless the office letterhead. When explaining this to the front desk they hung up. This is the state of healthcare now in Canada. Fraudulent doctor’s offices. After months of waiting back to square one
