Paying $150 a month first increase was $150 double what i was paying took me days and days to get ahold of management they say nothing they can do. 2 days later gate code deactivated no warning no nothing. Within less than 2 months sayingni owe $800 half the place is empty broken doors and trash everywhere and they want to double everyone's rent. They lost multiple tenants being unfair. Never seen a storage unit raise your rent $150 in one shot

If you’re considering renting here, please don’t. Be aware that the low introductory rate is temporary and you should expect frequent increases. I wish I had known this before. Since I’ve gotten this unit, the price has increased multiple times, and my rate is now three times what I originally agreed to. Every few months I receive an email explaining the increase is due to “rising costs,” yet when you go on their website, they are offering introductory rates at the same price I originally started at. I fell behind in my storage unit I understand my stuff will be auctioned and I'm okay with that but I call because my parents urns are in there to see if they could return them since its against the law to sell human remains. They are refusing to give them to me even though they have open the unit to take a picture. They told me if the person who purchased my unit want to give to me they can . This is unacceptable to me.

Nice and easy access. Friendly phone staff but horrible smell reeking from one of the units , I reported it still no problem solved I’m afraid my belongings will have a smell if this problem isn’t solved

Just know about a week. New to the storage
