I fell behind in my storage unit I understand my stuff will be auctioned and I'm okay with that but I call because my parents urns are in there to see if they could return them since its against the law to sell human remains. They are refusing to give them to me even though they have open the unit to take a picture. They told me if the person who purchased my unit want to give to me they can . This is unacceptable to me.
Nice and easy access. Friendly phone staff but horrible smell reeking from one of the units , I reported it still no problem solved I’m afraid my belongings will have a smell if this problem isn’t solved
Just know about a week. New to the storage
People living inside the units and threatening each other and other people with knives.
