Wild animals running through the unit eating all my families collectibles and memories. Spent about $10000 over 8 years to protect and save my parents and grandparents families items and $20000 approximately was ruined. 6 months to get a managers and then district managers call back. They care about nothing except getting the monthly payment. Should have gotten the insurance and screw you is their attitude. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. A Nightmare to deal with

STORAGE SENSE OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY IS A CON!! On September 21, 2021, I paid 450.00 towards my account, but my monies was not applied correctly according to the receipt I was given by the clerk. I immediately asked the clerk to correct it, but she refused to do so. Instead, The STORAGE SENSE CLERK demanded that I leave the business.
