All was good except communication. Waiting my deposit back for 1 month. Always in high priority list and no one call back!
Stored fairly expensive garage items such as hardwood slabs, table saw, planer, drill press and numerous similar items. All looks fine if you check on them but when you move an item you then realize that the cement floor is extremely damp/wet and everything is damaged, rusted, corroded or warped that was on the floor. The office said i should have put everything on pallets so it was my fault. They did offer me a free month to move everything out though. The friendliness of the staff alone is enough to make me recommend this place. Wonderful staff, easy to rent storage units, best place I found within 15 miles. Definitely going to come back for any storage needs.
***they resolved this issue*** Charged me for an additional month after I canceled my account during the previous month.
