Great customer service, was very easy to sign up
I was going to rent here, then I read the reviews, which have me pause. One thing that stands out is the number of people who said they had water damage. It appears there facility is well aware of the damage that can occur, so they price on a good, better, best model. It did not make sense to me, but now it does. They claim your location is "better" based on where it is located for convenience sake faster/closer access and the most best even allows you to pick the unit. I say not so much on that model. First of all I have to say Kimberly who works in the on site office is AMAZING. Amazing. She probably doesn't get paid enough for how incredible she is! I was trying to coordinate a move from halfway across the country and she was so incredibly helpful. The online aspect of storage here was glitchy and has yet to work for me. But Kimberly continues to save the day with her assistance. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 3 (because of online issues). Entire process was easy and Kim at storage facility was great!
Property was very well kept, clean, and safe. But that is not the reason for this review. Kim was so awesome. Very likeable and easy to deal with, she made my day. She was knowledgeable and very informative. She knows how to deal with people and does a great job at her job. Would hands down recommend to all of my friends and family. Thanks again Kim -Joe 😉
