The friendliness of the staff alone is enough to make me recommend this place. Wonderful staff, easy to rent storage units, best place I found within 15 miles. Definitely going to come back for any storage needs.
***they resolved this issue*** Charged me for an additional month after I canceled my account during the previous month.
We have been promised call backs from local manage and regional manager that we have waited weeks to come. Mever recieved All we are told is there is no staff. Our locker was flooded with water! Do not walk away from this place!!! RUN!!!!
Absolutely no customer service. I did reach out. There was no response. No response from manager, regional manager, or district manager.
