Really nice gym with new, clean equipment. It is never too crowded. All of the trainers I've met or worked with have been phenomenal. They have a nice smoothie bar, high-protein snacks, and meal prep ordering. Highly recommend this gym!

The physical therapist renting a space is 100% the reason for thisn1 star review. I showed up early and texted Rachel that I was there. She said she was "finishing up" with a client. After I waited 10 minutes past my appointment without hearing from her, I left and texted her that I had to leave and to go ahead and cancel my future appointments also. She would NOT leave me alone. Clean and well stocked gym that is rarely too crowded. It’s also really cool to see the chickens/goat pen out behind the building. Thankful for this place!

Was super nice in the beginning and then totally went off on me for a random act of kindness, cried in public and screamed at me. Totally unprofessional, would go anywhere else!
