We are Nomads and have been going to the 2 'commercial' shopping mall optometrists for the last few years and are not satisfied with the service now. We decided to check out Axis Eyecare in Gympie because it is locally owned and Australian. Not disappointed by the service and helpful caring staff. Looking forward to our next appointments.
Glad I changed too axis, renae picked up eye problems , sent me to a specialist. And now solved my eye problem for me. Excellent service thank you for your patience and helping me pick a great pair of glasses.
I had my eyes tested at Axis Eyecare and the whole experience was great. Renae, the optometrist, was lovely — really thorough and easy to talk to. The lady who helped me pick my frames was amazing, helpful and honest. She made the whole process simple and fun. I left feeling well looked after and confident I chose the right place.
