As soon as you walk into the shop it feels light and bright and well laid out. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, friendly, efficient and kind. The personal details form is by far the best one I have ever had to fill out GENIUS! The optometrist who did my eye test was wonderful. She answered all of my questions before I asked them and had all of the information and technology available to her. We are Nomads and have been going to the 2 'commercial' shopping mall optometrists for the last few years and are not satisfied with the service now. We decided to check out Axis Eyecare in Gympie because it is locally owned and Australian. Not disappointed by the service and helpful caring staff. Looking forward to our next appointments.
