Great customer service, very friendly and genuinely cared about my issues. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Axis Eyecare were professional and efficient in their service. Renae was genuine, approachable and easy to talk to. The staff communicated clearly and I felt well cared for. They were understanding of my needs and budget when it came to choosing glasses.
Renae is an incredibly knowledgeable optometrist and her care is extremely thorough. Renae and the staff will take the time to explain things and are so patient and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Nikki and Lisa were very knowledgeable, friendly and a great help making the decision on new frames. Great range.
