We had them come out to do an estimate for a power transfer switch install. I was buying the switch. They said 1500 , half up front. I paid the half , then weeks later the guy came out late and then didn't have the parts. Why did we do an estimate? Rescheduled two days later, didn't show up. Rescheduled again, didn't show up. At that point, I ask for a refund , which is the only thing they did fast. They were polite but ineffective and didn't adhere to a schedule at all.
