My experience here was pretty awful. Starting with scheduling an appointment that I had to wait four months for and then showing up for my appointment for them to tell me that I wasn’t on their calendar. This was absolutely insane to me because I had spoken with somebody on the phone and confirm the appointment, but because they had recently switched systems this happened.
