Dr. Boddu is great but it is a struggle to get a hold of this office. Phones calls are never answered. I’ve left two voicemails and I’ve sent one email, no response…
I was referred here by my pcp. The doctor and her PA are really great. The front office? Not so much. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from the office for over a week now with no call back. I’ve been trying to get a medication filled for two weeks now. My pharmacy is needing a prior authorization from the doctor but because no one from the office will answer the phone the pharmacy actually canceled my prescription.
