Thanks Axis CrossFit! This was my 57th different CrossFit box I've dropped in at and I was not disappointed. I've been coaching for the past five years and in all my drop ins, I've see a lot of really good gyms and a lot of not so great ones. Axis is one of the really good ones. Axis CrossFit is an amazing gym! I recommend this box to all athletes, from beginners to professionals, because you will be challenged to improve every time you attend a class. I started out as a feeble, out of shape, pathetic waste of space and air. I couldn't even perform a basic air squat properly. But, because of Axis' stellar coaching, supportive community, and challenging programming, I was able to go from doing 0 proper air squats to 300 air squats no problem. This gym is exceptional. The owners and trainers Britney, Lauren and Je'von are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. There is a great mix of people and personalities and it's a fun place to be. They have developed a sense of community and an amazing place to train.
