The cleaning team is great, facilities on the building are usually good and well maintain, however some of the people working there are not the best. Last time that I wanted to have information about a Parcel, a lady called Savanna was rude and not helpful at all from the beginning. I knocked the door and she was ready to shut the door in someone's face.
One of the Best and Modern and Newer buildings loved by students from UoT , TMU, and yonge prefessionals working close-by or from the finaincail district. Spacious and state of art gym facility definitely is a plus! Front desk staff are always friendly and easy to communicate! Management office staff are professional and helpful! Loblaws is located from the street, offering so many varieties on food choices! No matter which corner of the world you are from, you can always find something you like there! Not good for professionals. Noisey students above us routinely scream, holler, jump and stomp until 3am sometimes 4am weeknights and weekends - both in their unit and on their balcony during their frequent video games parties. They immediately and completely disregard their neighbors and security. Unfortunately other students in the building are just as self righteous e.g. in the business center a pair of students sat for over 3 hours talking loudly, laughing and playing videos nonstop.
