Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I have reached out 10 times to get my key fob system moved from one suite to the next, on the same floor by the way! It’s been 2 months and cannot get someone to come and move the system. I’ve spoken to Steve, Hannah, Zach and none could help. On top they even admitted to us that if you are not buying their equipment nobody wants to help. Stay away from this company unless you want headaches.
