I was told during the tour that international applicants would have no issues applying, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. I went ahead with the application and paid the $450 and $75 fees while it initially stated that the $450 would be refundable if unsuccessful, I later found out it was NOT non-refundable. If you’re an international applicant, it’s worth noting that they require US-based documentation, so you may want to consider other options before applying. What a joke.
Ugh this place is disgusting! The lobby stinks and the garage is so dirty. My car was literally covered in dust. I’ve been to visit my friend a few times this year and TWICE there have been issues with the elevators shut down!! She has her own review on here but omg don’t waste your rent money. So gross! Her neighbors just leave trash in the hall. And the carpets are old with stains and the trash room is disgusting. The ground floor flooded when I was here once too. I do not live there, but the security staff—specifically two Black women and one white woman—are not good at their jobs. I went there to deliver an order; when I entered the building, I saw only one person sitting by the security monitors. However, when I left, I found three people sitting there—watching me and talking about me. What did I do to you that would warrant you talking about me and watching me as if I were a criminal, or as if I had done something wrong?
